Review: Forbidden Stepdaughter Desires by Ursula Istrati

From Smashwords: Sophia promised her little brother she'd come home for his birthday, but wanted to avoid her stepfather, James. He hadn't spoken to her since last summer, when things had gotten a little too heated. When James scorns her once again, Sophia decides she wants to make him suffer with desire for her. But she can't resist her own sexual needs. Will she find a way to get what she really wants from him?

My Review: I might have a new favorite erotica author. Ursula Istrati is just, well, wow. The woman knows how to write a damn sexy book. I absolutely loved her book Eternity’s Embrace and decided to try something a little more taboo from her catalog. I was not let down!

Forbidden Secrets as it’s known on Amazon is a sexy short story that gave me the taboo I wanted and walked a very fine line between forbidden and erotic. The book was error free and flowed really well. It starts off sexy and doesn’t stop the whole way through.

If you want a more taboo read, or maybe something a bit outside your comfort zone, Forbidden Stepdaughter Desires is definitely one to go with. I was salivating as I read it and couldn’t put it down. I’m definitely adding this one to my ‘reread and reread again’ pile!

Review: Eternity's Embrace by Ursula Istrati

From Amazon: This steamy 20,000+ word vampire book brings together three parts of the Eternity's Embrace series, with the following short stories: Discovered, Stolen, and Reclaimed.

Review: I won’t deny that I read the Twilight series. I won’t deny that I enjoyed the Twilight series, for what it was at least. I also won’t deny that I wanted more out of that series. Something that actually made me believe that Edward and Bella were that in love. I never got why he loved her, or vice versa. As much as I enjoyed it when I read it, it did put my off vampire romance books.

That said, I loved Eternity’s Embrace. It’s my first vampire book in a long time and am I very glad I gave it a chance. Ursula Istrati has crafted a sexy, seductive tale of a vampire and his star-crossed lover. The best part? It’s believable! I can see why these two love each other, why they long for each other. And the sex? H-O-T! Beautifully descriptive, passionate, and damn sexy.

Originally the books in this completed novella, Discovered, Stolen, and Reclaimed, were put out as individuals and each make for an enjoyable read on their own. Eternity’s Embrace makes for a sexy, seductive tale and I couldn’t put it down. Wonderfully written and highly recommended!

Review: Formal Finger Fucking by Jamie Fuchs and a GIVEAWAY!

From Amazon: Tonight, Rebecca finally has the opportunity to fulfil one of her long time fantasies - to be fingered at a formal dinner, surrounded by people. The only problem? She’s seated at a table with some of the most powerful people in the company. People who can make or break her career.

Tonight, all bets are off.
[mf, fingering, public sex]

The sexiness of a fantasy come to life is what drives Formal Finger Fucking. Yes, the title is dirty and raw, but the story itself is sweet, passionate, and sexy. This 3,500 word short revolves around Rebecca and her new boyfriend. She’s got a fantasy, a fairly ‘simple’ fantasy by what most porn would lead you to believe. She wants to have her boyfriend finger her in a public place. Not just public either, the best would be at a fancy dinner where everyone would be dressed to the nines. When the opportunity arises, Rebecca risks her career for her fantasy.

The fantasy, while ‘simple’, is written so well by Jamie Fuchs (either the best coincidence ever, or she’s got a great mind for puns) that it isn’t simple at all. There is a sense of danger, the thrill of being caught. It’s that thrill that really makes the idea sexy to Rebecca, and there are a few times in the book that she almost does.

Formal Finger Fucking proves that when well written erotica doesn’t have to be balls to the wall crazy. This short is passionate and sweet, although it’s a little on the short side. The minimum length on kindle is 2,500 words, so it’s still well above the minimum. This short doesn’t feel brief. Everything is well described and the writing is free of error. It’s an excellent short for people who want their erotica anchored in reality.

Review: A Passing Grade by John Dylena

From Amazon: Tyler was on the home stretch. He only had one semester left of college and he had a career waiting for him. All he needed was that degree. But he was about to lose everything.
On the verge of failing the one and only class he needed to graduate, he begged his teacher, the older and attractive Ms. Abby Kilia for a chance to fix his grade. He told her he'd do anything, and she took him up on the offer.
The Saturday morning study session turned into detention, and Tyler became Tiffany, the slutty schoolgirl who needed to be punished.

[mf, crossdressing, femdom, forced feminization, pegging]

John Dylena’s A Passing Grade is a fun forced fem erotica short that is just over 7,000 words long. The story features Tyler, a student who needs to pass his psychology class in order to finish his degree. His only problem is that he’s flunking the course. In a moment of weakness he promises the professor, the smoking hot Ms. Kilia he’ll do anything. To Ms. Kilia, anything means dressing him up like a slutty school girl named Tiffany and having a bit of fun with the poor boy who likes it all too much.

The author does a great job of setting up how desperate poor Tyler is to pass. He’s a fairly shy young man with a touch of natural femininity that makes his foray into crossdressing pretty successful. Ms. Kilia is a seasoned pro in getting what she wants out of men and guides Tyler into her world quite forcefully, but it’s all in great fun for the reader.

The story is hot, but not heart pounding, hair pulling hot. Dylena’s writing is grammatically perfect and quite polished, but there is a bit lost in the technical way the story is written. The detail is there but the thing that keeps this story from being a 5 star book is a lack of heat when it comes to the five senses. A little more flavour and a little less technical and this story would definitely been a lot hotter.

My Rating: ****\*****
